I have a ~95 yr old relative that sees Dr Orenberg for about monthly check-ups. The doc comes across friendly and appears adept at making the right calls w/regard to diagnoses, prescriptions and such. But we have to wait 1-3 hours after the scheduled appt time to see him. With covid-19, we do telemedicine calls and still have the same wait. I don't know how anyone can work this way. I feel I need to continue to go to him due to history. But the wait times are unacceptable.

The doctor may be fine...but the office is run really badly. Waiting twice well over an hour. This morning was told to be there 15 mins before the 1st appt of the day. The office was locked until a few mins after my appt time. I waited out in the cold rain. When I finally got in the doctor had still not arrived even at the time of the appt. Never again.

My family has been going to this practice for generations, all the way back to my grandmother. The past couple of years, since joining Atlantic Medical Group, it has been a fast ride downhill. They will cancel the appt you had for weeks with a day’s notice. When you arrive you can expect to wait an hour or more past your scheduled appt time. They will submit your labs to out of network providers resulting in $800+ bills after a routine physical. That office is a dumpster fire.
