Amazing.
The entire process, from beginning to end, went extremely well. Dr. Justesen is informative and knowledgeable. He explained all of my options. I felt listened to and more importantly heard. His staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend Castle Country Orthopedics!

Left confused
First Visit there, I waited over an hour to find out that I had a broken ankle in two places. MRI was done before I went. Dr. Justesen was a very nice man, but over an hour wait and a super short visit and all he kept doing was wanting me to do PT. Second Visit (3mths later) I called because I was still having issues, I asked if I could have another MRI, yes. I drove 120 miles waited another hour, he took an xray walked in and told me that I was fine and needed to go to PT again. PT was mentioned several times. I was literally left with no answers. I'm still having issues. I get a final bill with the second visit which was higher than the first when the Dr only spend literally 5 minutes with me just to tell me I needed PT. I've had neck surgery before so I know I don't need go to PT and can do this at home. I've recently gone to seen Dr. in CO and have found that my ankle has not healed properly and may need surgery. Please spend more time and listen to your patients.

Great Doctor. Very knowledgeable and friendly. But the office visits are eternally long. Whether you are the first appointment of the day, the last, or anything in between you better bring water and sustenance because you will be here a while. Your hair will be 50 shades of Grey before you leave.
