The front desk assistant was very friendly & very helpful w/great directions. Met with Dr. Dolin to discuss droopy eyelids/possible surgery. I was impressed with his great customer service/demeanor. He explained in length and detail all aspects of when, why & if I should have surgery as well as possible concerns for me in particular. I appreciated his taking the time with his assistant to answer my questions so I could make the best decision for me right now. I would highly recommend him!
