Dr. Scott Craver, DO

The ER was very busy. DO Carver entered the room, gave an introduction and was professional and personable. Dr was called upon a few times; always politely excused self to care for priority needs (understandably and respectfully) and returned to care for mine. DO Carver was informative, understanding, calm and educated. I was honestly shocked - I know Doctors are educated medical professionals, but this person made me, a special needs parent, feel like I didn't have to advocate. I could just exist and be acknowledged. It felt so INCLUSIVE. I usually only recieve near this level of exceptional bedside manner at St Vincent - Peyton Manning Children Hospital. So - anyways, thank you for listening, for pausing, for taking my needs into consideration, for providing quality care, for making me feel like maybe if there's an emergency I can trust to bring my child to you instead of making the 45 minute drive. Thanks for making me feel like I could pause, I haven't felt that feeling in 6 years.
