Dr Caulkins is a remarkable man and fantastic doctor. He is knowledgeable kind patient and truly cares about his patients. I know I'm in the best hands in his care. It is at times difficult to get messages to him. The office could be more proficient with their communication process.

Delayed Diagnosis - Failed Request
Failed to personally see patient in a timely manner. No physical exam & if one had been done the Doctor would have noticed a formidable amount of fluid in the lung. Three days after failed on-line appointment - when an in person request was made - patient admitted to hospital with a pleural effusion. Why have a Primary Care Physician when they won't make time to see you in a dire situation?

Absolute worst experience with a doctor’s office I have ever had. I made the appointment several weeks out to ensure it did not conflict with my schedule. I went through the whole process with my health care insurance to have Doctor Caulkins switched over to become my permanent Primary Health Care Provider. The Friday before my appointment (if I recall the day correctly) I was contacted by his Office and was asked if I could reschedule my appointment to an earlier time. After looking at my sched

Dr. Caulkins is hands down one of the best physicians at Davita. He is generous, attentive, and knowledgeable. He has a warm personality and always seems to go above and beyond when it comes to his patients. I’ve always felt very comfortable discussing anything with him and I never feel judged, embarrassed or belittled with him. He does well with keeping his patients in the loop and is an excellent doctor.
