I've been going to Dr. Bonvallet for 25yrs.
Dr. Scott is not rushed and very personable. He diagnosed my sleep apnea with a sleep study. (Great comfy beds and lovely rooms for study)

It has been a long time but my husband was in the hospital ICU and Dr. Bonvallet was on duty. Totally disrespectful and not interested in talking to or helping my husband or my family.

Verified insurance prior to making the appt. Arrived 25 minutes ahead of appt. receptionist said she had never heard of the insurance company. Waited over an hour for her to confirm we were correct and dr does accept insurance. Dr. Refused to see us since it was past appointment time. Flew in to town specifically for this referral, their office error and next appointment a week away. Horrible office staff and dr who clearly doesn’t care about patients. We’ll find another dr.

Excellent physician - explains everything in an understandable way. Spends good amount of time with you to understand your health, and issues you’re facing. Great respiratory therapist and nurse!
