Dr. Scarlet Constant, MD

From the moment I met Dr. Constant, I knew she was the right pediatrician for our family. I even followed her from the previous group office she was at to now her private practice. As a fellow medical professional, I am extremely selective when it comes to many things & I can assure you she checks all the boxes (and goes beyond). She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable & truly takes her time. Wait times are non-existent & is the type of doctor who will call afterwards to check-in on how your child is doing! She is a true gem!

I've been with Dr Scarlet from another practice and have continued with her at her new location. She is knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. Minimal waiting time and had same day appointment available. I recommend her, A plus.

She puts so much care into figuring out my kids issues. She follows up just as she promised after a visit even though she doesn’t have to. We love her! Every time we visit another doctor or specialist, we never get as much detail and resolution as we do with Dr. Constant.

Dr. Constant is apathetic and has a bad attitude with my baby and family. There is no excuse for poor customer service and rudeness. My mother was with me at the consultation and she does not speak English, the Dr. did not want to speak Spanish, even my mom ask her do you speak Spanish? and she replies “YES” even after that I had to translate every word to my mother. She was not interested in my baby's problem, because it was “just a reflux” As a first-time mother, you want a pediatrician to listen to you and worry about your baby and soothes all your worries and questions. Don't waste your time with this dr.

Has denied my child medical treatment on more than one occasion. Do not trust this woman to be your children doctor. We does not care.

She examined my son when he got hand foot mouth disease at 8 months old. She took care of him like he was hers and talked to me about the illness and explained it thoroughly to me. A lot of the test they run test for one thing, but the results mean something else, like why the doctor tests for strep. Rather than just brush me off, she explained why she gave him each test and what it would mean if he was negative or positive. She's a fantastic dr. I will be going back to the office to see her.

Dr. Constant is apathetic and has a bad attitude. On my baby's first visit with her, I complained of a cough and she suggested it might just be from drinking milk to fast. My baby also had sinus congestion and she was coughing during the visit so how does that even make sense. On my last visit to her office, I waited 2 1/2 hours before walking out. No I'll be right with you or sorry for the delay from anyone. There is no excuse for poor customer service and rudeness. Don't waste your time.
