refused testing
my spouse suffered stomach pain for so long and was in the ER with pain twice but this doc kept pushing antacids and finally suggested antidepressants. The office NP asked for an ultrasound which this doc refused to allow. At the last ER visit my spouse demanded an ultrasound and was found to have a huge gallbladder full of stones. Was admitted and surgery the next day. Surgeon said if the gallbladder had gone much longer could’ve exploded and killed him. can’t believe he wouldn’t scan when meds failed to help. hopefully he learned a lesson

He was amazing. I believe he saved my life.
When he realized how sick I was he got me right in and knew exactly what was wrong (necrosis of pancreas) and what to do.

Silent treatment
I have been a patient of Dr. Reddymasu's for four months. I've spoke with him once over the phone. I've sent 7 or 8 messages through the patient Portal with one abbreviated response. I've called over and over, his assistant is the only person who I can reach. He hasn't returned one of my calls. Bad experience.
