Expert & Compassionate Care
Dr Reyes lifted me out of a very bad spot. If it wasn't for her, I don't know what would have happened; but surely it wouldn't have been good. I believe she saved my life.When she had a student following her, I was amazed, that from memory, she could relay my history with complete and succinct accuracy.God Bless her, someone I will never be able to thank enough. xo

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
Do not go to this doctor. She needs to retire. If you need your prescriptions you need to call 3 weeks before they are due, and even then there is no guarantee that you will get your prescription on the date they are due. She is in her 70's, and she really needs to retire.

Dr. Reyes is a horrible doctor. I was put under her care at Community General Hospital in Syracuse for a five day period in Feb, 2016. During my hospital stay she never saw me once, but she did manage to finally make an appearance when it came time for my discharge. During that 30 minute encounter she demonstrated her lack of knowledge as it regarded me as her assigned patient. Her inattentiveness was troubling. she didn't even know what meds I was on.
