Wrong antibiotic dose
Prescribed incorrect dose of antibiotics repeatedly going against the standard of care. When infection kept recurring, he would simply default further treatment to specialist recommendation rather than providing the appropriate care to start with

He does well with me as a parent, and explains well, but when he diagnoses either of my children, it's been mostly "maybe/I believe it's" conclusions as to whats wrong. Kind of walks around the subject and wont tell me whats wrong. He also does not 'like' to prescribe antibiotics. I get it, there's issues of overuse world wide. But when it is bacterial and my kids been suffering for days with bacterial issues and I have to come back in two days again? Can be a waste of my time and money. Hes OK.

Refused to do testing that the hospital ordered. Refused to recommend follow up care. Spent the entire appointment saying that the multiple pediatricians from St. Joesph Mercy didn't know what they were talking about and that his 27 years experience make him the authority but refused to give numbers and specific reasons as to why he felt that way. Unlike the multiple doctors that explained exactly why my daughter was lucky that we came in when we did after he insisted she was fine that day.
