Dr Mital is outstanding
I've been a patient of Dr Mital for 20 years. He is the most knowledgeable Dr I know.He has guided my healthcare from pre diabetes to no longer pre diabetic!His expertise and instruction has kept me healthy and active for 20 years to my current age of 85.I'm grateful and highly recommend him!

He looks at his computer more than the patient, he is short, cuts you off mid sentence, has not patience. He has one assitant that is good, Cortni, the other assistant does not follow up in timely manner. I requested a referral on December 3, 13 days later they are still working on it.

Dr Mital is a deeply accomplished physician and knows his business well. I not only respect him, but I also respect his methods and approach. His ability to care, and be direct is both refreshing and lead me to write this recommendation. He took me in hand, served a the consultant I needed, explained each step of what he was doing and why. I value that approach a great deal. My personal thanks for all your efforts.

Dr. Mital seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor. But IMHO— at least 50% of a doctor’s responsibility is to LISTEN and not cut the patient off when they are trying to communicate. Scanning the computer screen is fine but be present and act like you REALLY want to HEAR the patient’s concerns. This is important! Hope he reads this....

Dr. Mital is an excellent doctor. I am a senior and have been a patient for several years. He actively listens to your symptoms, evaluates your needs, gets you scheduled for the tests that are necessary, and will send you to specialists, if needed. He genuinely wants you to be well and will give you a plan to do so, but you have to do your part, too.

I don't know if Dr. Mital is a good doctor or not but I can say that his staff is inept and unresponsive. Was instructed to make him my Primary Care Physician with United Healthcare, after which I'd be able to schedule an appointment. Several calls with a hold time of more than 10 minutes to speak with a human, unreturned calls, never got an appointment. Downright incompetence. The sort of treatment which gives healthcare in this country such an awful reputation.
