ABSOLUTLY AWFUL. The office staff is horrible and are inflexible. DO NOT Attempt to receive treatment unless you want to be treated horribly and like a purse.

Procedure was fine. Problems came during billing. Dr. Gill miscoded the procedure which made it not fully covered by insurance. Insurance says doctor has to change it. Tried many times to communicate with office. left many messages. Finally when I talked to someone (after 9 months) they said that is the way it is and "found" that there were additional charges never billed and billed insurance for additional charged. All well above costs that were originally specified.

Dr. Gill's office provided me and my wife excellent care. His staff made me feel less anxious for my procedure and everyone had excellent bedside manners. I would definitely recommend him without any doubt.

His NP is terrible!! I did not see Dr Gill but saw his NP or PA or whoever she was. She was awful. I don’t know her name but she was African American. (I am also a person of color so thought it would be a good fit) I asked her for the pros and cons of colonoscopy and cologuard and she said ‘Oh no, I’m not telling you what to do.’ I was just asking about the pros and cons. Worthless appt. Dr Gill should know how terrible she is.

I am writing a review of this doctor's office. I was referred to this office by my GP. I called for an appt. Waited 8 mins to speak to someone to make an appt. The receptionist's first question was what insurance I had. When they learned that I had Aetna Better Health, which they take. However, they put me on hold for 20 mins after that. When I didn't hang up after that hold time, they answered and immediately hung up on me before I could speak. I called back. The service said I was next. It was 11am, not lunchtime. Instead of taking my call, they sent me straight to voicemail. The only conclusion I can draw is that this office does not appear to want to honor the insurance they are supposed to take.

Dr Gill has treated both my wife and I for various issues in our lives. I can say without a doubt that we have received excellent care from him, his staff and the surgical center (for colonoscopy's among other things). We recommend him to others.

Dr Gill was recommended to me by a neighbor when I had to take my mother for a procedure. He was extremely professional and personable. It was evident that he was an expert in GI medicine. I now recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Gill has done 3 colon tests and 2 Celiac tests on me. All of these tests were handled well by him. I trust him to preform the tests well, take good care of me, and accurately share his findings with me. Will continue to use him for future tests. Nice man, and nice office staff.

Terrible in terms of a doctor. All the doctors do in this practice is colonoscopies. They don't see, talk to or help patients. If you have issues to discuss with a doctor, the best they can do is have you see the nurse practitioner. When I had my 2nd colonoscopy, The doctor gave the results to groggy me while my husband was sitting the entire time in the waiting room. I changed doctors and will never go back to this practice for anything. Terrible!!!

I went to Dr Gill because my PCP said he was good. I have had colonoscopy done in the past, so, I went in knowing what to expect. I was half awake from my anesthesia when he told me (unconcernedly) that he found polyps. Both my husband and I wanted him to tell us the size compared to the past (my report from the previous procedure was on him while he talked to us). He shrugged his shoulders annoyed and said "I don't know". Healthcare without the care-I would not recommend him!

This Doctor is all about Money. He doesn't care about the patient just about the revenue they can produce for his wallet. Please consider alternative treatment routes when making your decsicion. When will healthcare be about people and not about MONEY!!!??? Also, he is very rude and thinks he is everyone's superior.. don't make the same mistake I did and get treated like dirt. Office staff and mid level providers are great. No issue there.

Great Solution for my medical issue. Most of my family and friends go to this practice. That is how I ended up their based on their strong recommendation. They were right. Everyone I know received excellent care.

Dr. Gill was not a caring doctor and very much rushed us in and out the door. He would mess up prescriptions and frequently forget why I was there and what I was being treated for. He is just trying to bill insurance and get as many people in as possible and could care less about the patient. Be ready for long wait times and less than diligent patient care.

I waited over an hour and a half to see Dr. Gill my last appointment and in the past I usually waited over 45 minutes. Dr. Gill didn't seem interested in helping me much or listening to concerns. He changed his mind on my condition numerous times without any feedback. Getting him to properly submit prescriptions has also been difficult, resulting in my calling his staff often, then his staff having to speak with him and then get back to my pharmacy, resulting in many delays to get needed meds.
