I waited over an hour to see him for 5 minutes.

The check-in process was great, the front office personnel were very professional. A great asset to your team. My issue was with the physician that was assigned to me. I went into the office for knee and ankle pain on my left leg. The exam given by the physician was very poor, he spent less than three minutes with me; I spent more time waiting in the exam room waiting for him. He reviewed my x-rays and said he did not see any structural damage. I told him how it felt like something may have torn in my knee. I told him that I have been in discomfort for over a month. He was dismissive and told me that I may have arthritis. He told me to come back if the pain continues. Why on earth would come back to this place. I will be asking for my medical records and x-rays and find another physician who will listen to my concerns and needs.I would not be recommending this office to anyone I know

I am 86 years male. Reached to a point where total knee replacement was the last choice. Was fortunate enough to locate Dr Ramineni . He did excellent job. His staff most professional and he has excellent and caring teammates who took care of me after surgery. After two months of surgery, I am walking without cane. What a blessing. I would go to him without any hesitation if I have issue with my other knee. God bless him, and keep it up. Wish there were more compassionate doctors like him.

Despite bringing my images with me, Dr. Ramineni chose to “wing it” I didn’t appreciate him being an hour late for my appointment . I politely requested that he to look at the images opposed to asking questions; he agreed - however, he left the room and saw a patient in the very next room and I could hear him. After 15 minutes he returned - only to answer a call on his cell phone that took him away from my appointment for another 15 minutes.

Never touch knee Never showed or went over Xrays and I had to talk him into therapy. Highly not recommended

At another location this is what happened! My parents went to this Ortho surgeon (Satheesh Ramineni) because my dad who is a quadriplegic may I add broke his arm. This specialist tells my parents and I quote, "it should heal with the brace, but even if it doesn't it won't matter since he's paralyzed". What type of bedside manner and response is that! He is a horrible provider for saying some TRASH like that in his profession!

It was worth it and I was pleased with the Service I got. The Only thing it was a long wait but was OK

When I walked in the door, staff greeted me with respect. I was amazed. I was treated like family.

Dr. Ram is a wonderful man. We really enjoy our time with him. He is very kind and very talented.

Dr. Ram is a good guy, loves his job and cares for his patients. Definitely recommend.
