Dr. Soltani was amazing. He sat with me and explained in detail everything that would happen with the procedure that I may have. He also said he was sorry that it took so long to get procedures booked and accomplished. I could tell he understood my pain. We ended up walking out of the building at the same time, and he asked me if I got an appointment for the procedure. It was so kind of him to just casually chat with me. It made me feel seen.
