If I could give negative 5 stars I would
Never in my life have I ever experienced such atrocity with a doctors office and their billing department. In terms of their doctors office and how they run things, I'm surprised there still even in business. For starters they treat their patients so poor and the office staff is unbelievably rude. In terms of the actual appointment not only was it rushed but they sent in like 3 people which made zero sense. I came in with valid concerns, and instead of addressing them, I was dismissed and given no clear answers. It's clear they have no compassion or basic respect for patients. Now in terms of billing, they charged me over 2000 dollars for an annual exam which is supposed to be FREE. When i called their billing department, they transfer you to a line that doesn't even have an operator on the other end. My appointment was in August and its December so the fact that I'm still dealing with this issue is ridiculous. When I finally got in touch with

Dr. Zaveri has been my gyn since 1982...she has a busy practice but always has time to answer my questions and concerns. She only works part time now so plan ahead!
