I cannot praise her enough! I suffered for years with itchy arms and shooting pain that required a zillion lotions and potions and icing to keep it barely tolerable. I went to countless dermatologists who gave short shrift to my symptoms and all prescribed the same antihistamine and a topical steroid. I heard about Dr. Elmariah from my sister's research to help me, and I traveled 1500 miles and waited six months to see her. It was more than worth it. She was kind, caring, thorough and most of all had knowledge well beyond her peers. She not only came up with the correct diagnosis, but also the cure! I will forever be grateful to this woman.

I've seen several dermatologists over the years and have felt rushed nearly every time. Dr. Elmariah is the first derm who has made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and well informed. She handled my issue expertly and made sure I knew exactly what to do to continue treatment at home. She also handled everything without an ounce of judgment or impatience. I'm thrilled to have found such a wonderful dermatologist who also happens to be a great person.

I saw Dr. Elmariah and travelled from New York to see her. She spent time with me and was extremely nice and caring. I have the utmost confidence in her that we will figure out what the root of my chronic itching is. I left with a sense of hope and knew that I would have an answer to my problem. The nursing and secretary staff was kind and understanding. I was extremely happy with the results of my first visit.

Dr. Elmariah is my 96 year old mother's dematologist and she could not be more patient and understanding for an elderly patient. What is more important is the her ability to resolve challenging issues that went on for a very long time that other professionals in her field were unable to resolve, and in short order. Dr. Elmariah is simply excellent.
