Outstanding care
Dr. Choudhary answered all of my questions and was able to find the right treatment for my condition. Most importantly, he listened and cared for me as a patient. Overall an outstanding physician, and same goes for the staff as well.

Highly recommend!
This office is amazing! Very accommodating and friendly. I called in and got a same day appointment and was scheduled right away! Front desk rep receptionist was very nice and made check in very easy! I was taken back by nurse who was also very friendly. I was scheduled to see Dr .Choudhary and she was the best! Definitely will be using this practice as my primary care from now on! It’s very rare where you find somewhere that is professional from the front to back. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy to have found Dr. Choudhary and his group. He and his staff are very professional, and he is a very humble and knowledgeable doctor. He knows well which tests are best for helping to make a correct diagnosis. His attitude is like that of a specialist doctor. I'm going to start seeing him as my primary doctor

Best doc ever
Came back from the trip and got extremely sick. I called the office and got the same day appointment. Doc Choudhary calmed me down and within 3 days I started recovering. He is my and my family’s go-to doc now. Great doc and great staff! Thank you

5 yrs ago Dr Choudhary diagnosed me with Lyme, and started treating me immediately with the proper antibiotics. I was suffering with being ill for 7 months, and had seen 8 other clinicians... including 2 other infectious disease Drs. Yet all of them totally ignored my symptoms, and referred only to my lab results which all showed everything normal. I'm not exaggerating when I write that I was near suicidal. I was so sick I couldn't imagine continuing to live and feel that way I felt. I had been an athlete for 30+ yrs, but was so sick I was totally physically debilitated. Recovering from the damage of Lyme was a long road. I oh my life to Dr Choudhary. True story!

Dr. Choudhary saved my life back in December of 2016. After extreme fatigue, vomiting and high fevers, I went to the ER and was sent home after being told I had a bad virus & it just needed to run its course. The next day, my condition worsened and I became so weak I could barely walk. My fever was not responding to medication. I went back to the ER and was admitted because I had become septic at that point. I was a medical mystery and they couldn’t figure out what exactly was wrong with me, but I kept getting sicker and more jaundice. One doctor thought it could have been re-activated mono, but it wasn’t. They brought in Dr. Choudhary and he very quickly discovered I had become septic due to a very severely infected gallbladder. I had the more rare Acalculous Cholecystitis, and had emergency surgery ASAP. This experience was terrifying, especially since I was 9 months postpartum with my second child. I will always be so thankful to Dr. Choudhary for saving my life!

Please do not see this doctor. I'd give zero stars if I could. Dr. Choudhary is a non-believer in Lyme disease. My visit with him was quite offensive and his behavior towards me was far from kind. Before I saw this doctor, I was seeing a Lyme Specialist, who lives in Lexington VA, which is a 4.5 hours drive for me. After several lab tests and careful examination she diagnosed me with Lyme disease. Because my Lyme Specialist lived so far away from me I wanted to find someone closer to me. Then I had my visit with Dr. Choudhary... The amount of 5 minutes with him was nothing but complaints about me. He told me that I don't have Lyme disease, it's all in my head, and I should see a psychiatrist to treat me for depression and anxiety. Dr. Choudhary refused to help me with anything else. This man clearly had no empathy, no Patient manners, and no proper knowledge and expertise to be an infectious disease physician. I walked out of that office feeling furious and hurt.

Close minded doctor who spends no time with you and only has patients because he’s the only ID doc in the county. (The answer is go outside of Loudoun County for qualified infectious disease help). I wish I had a hidden camera for the office visit, i would be an internet hit - he is so unacceptable.

I have never left a negative survey for anyone in my life, do NOT go see this doctor. I couldn't make it through my symptoms or ask questions, after being in the ER for severe dehydration they suspected i had something else going on given my blood levels were so off, so ER told me to see him (after running all kinds of bacterial infection tests). He basically told me it's in my head and i should take anti-depressants. Yes, 3 mos of diarrhea, jaundice, fever and chills is in my head. OMG

One of the worst experiences I ever had - refused to let me finish a sentence or explain my symptoms. He went off on a tangent about how lyme disease is not something you should believe. Told me my symptoms would go away on their own even though I have been dealing with them for over a year. I am concerned about a parasitic infection since I traveled to Thailand - he simply said I don't have parasites. Rude, lack of concern, complete waste of money and my time.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Choudhary?
Dr Choudhary was quite narrow minded in considering possible sources of infection. He only considered an obvious possibility and prescribed antibiotics in successively higher strengths while the infection persisted. My new doctor immediately started ruling out sources of infection and found a rare infection that required aggressive treatment.

I went to Dr. Choudhary for post antibiotic Lyme Disease symptoms. He told me there was no such thing as Lyme disease symptoms after antibiotics have been administered. It is widely known in the medical field that Lyme symptoms can linger even after antibiotics. He then went on to tell me he believed I wanted to be sick to have an excuse or to gain pity from my peers. That is far from the truth, as an avid mountain climber and skier, I value my health more than anything! Terrible doctor.

My wife developed severe cellulitis with sepsis. The leg was turning neurotic with huge lesion and boils this all developed in just a period of one day. The ER called in Dr Choudhary. With his knowledge and professionalism over a period of 2 weeks saved my wife's leg. She is now seeing a wound specialist to treat the remaining wound. I can only thank the great doctor for all he knows and the superb treatment my wife received.
