I love the way Dr. Susarla talks to my daughter with respect and involves her in her care. He has managed to control my daughter’s asthma and my sleep apnea. He is compassionate and patient and almost always on time. I highly recommend him.

Very good listener and helpful in providing proper information and medical regime set up so I can perform my daily routines normally and with no distress. It did take a few months to get my medication dosages just right but I have had no issues since and would highly recommend this wonderful doctor to all.

Dr. Susarla is AMAZING! We were blessed to have met Dr. Susarla when my son was last admitted for a very SEVERE asthma attack 10 years ago. Since then he has not returned to an ER or has been admitted.. I live in Galveston & will drive the miles for him to continue treating my son (he has been on a Preventative plan since last admitted). I have not had any issues with his GREAT staff!

I had multiple problems with the staff-delays calling in Dr orders, escripts, etc. Problems communicating on the patient portal, messages not returned. I got the excuse: "The message went to his asst's box". I don't know why I continued to see him for 2 yrs when my insomnia did not improve-only gave me more meds. Finally he ordered a sleep lab test (which the staff delayed ordering). When I did not have sleep apnea, he basically dismissed me. Couldn't sell me a CPAP machine.

Explains well. Treats well. Great doctor! Horrible... Horrible medicine refills. It takes his lazy staff at least 2 weeks of being completely out of your medication for them to call for a refill. I'm not exaggerating either. I have 3 people calling them, someone calls once a day, yet they never call back. Now they've lied about calling in the refill that I needed filled over a week ago. The only way I've been able to get ahold of them is if I threaten to move to a different doctor. Just garbage.

He is very good with children and willing to listen as much as needed, I felt very comfortable in my visits with him for my son's sleeping issues and he did too ( 3 1/2 years old). He won't rush the appointment and explain to you as many times as needed without making you feel bad about not understanding .... would recommend him to families with small kids.

Dr. Susarla treats my son for asthma and is very attentive and great with kids. I love that my son feels at ease with him. His office staff is quick to respond and can always make time for a visit even when it's last minute. Overall, I would and have recommend him to anyone whose children suffer from breathing/sleep issues.
