Dr. Saranya Kodali, MD

During my first visit with Dr. Kodali, she took time to get to know me - but she had also thoroughly read my file and visited with my previous oncologist who was retiring. I really liked her calm, caring demeanor. When it was time for my physical exam I thanked her for not only doing a breast exam, but also doing a neck exam. I told her that my brother had just passed away from tonsil cancer and it gave me peace of mind that she did such a thorough exam. She said that she knew I had just lost my brother and was sorry for my loss. How wonderful that she so thoroughly prepared for my first visit!

Dr. Kadali really takes the time to explain what is going on with my particular health issue in laymen’s terms. She assess the courses of action she has lays out for me in addressing my health issue in minimal time and adjusts as necessary. She has worked tirelessly with me over the past three months to try and remedy my health issue.

I have had three (3) appointments with Dr. Kodali; 23 October, 30 October by TeleMed, & 27 January. Dr. Kodali was friendly, professional, made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly explained my lab results via TeleMed on 27 October, and explained new lab results on 27 January. She was attentive and thorough, explained diagnostic options, a bone marrow biopsy, and schduled me for a follow up appointment in March. All personnel from check-in, to lab, to check-out and resheduling were friendly and professional. Great process getting labs drawn prior to seeing Dr. Kodali.

The entire experience was excellent. All of the personnel were caring and courteous. My only complaint is that calls and messages were not always acknowledged in a timely manner.
