I cannot write enough good things about Dr. Willard. I came to her with a head wound that would not heal and I must say she is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She always made me feel important as her patient and always took time to answer and address any questions that I had. Her compassion and expertise are qualities everyone looks for in a physician. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Willard.

Dr. Willard , I just got discharged from her care today from off the 3rd floor the surgical unit at Fort Sanders Regional. She did my surgery on my neck as I am a type 1 diabetic and my neck was full of MRSA so she had to cut open my neck of course a nasty big deep, deep cut. But she was great and i love her to death like a second mama she took great care of me and was not letting me go home til she felt I was ready. Made sure I was taking my vitamins she put me on,eating my protein, and doing my breathing exercises. She sent me home on a wound VAC and I am just very thankful for her I was afraid and losing hope I wouldn't find a Dr. That would care and actually take me serious and take their time with getting me better but then I found Dr.Willard and oh am I so so so thankful for her. I already miss her and can't wait to haft to follow up with her in her office just so I can laugh, and cut up with her and just smile and let her know how much I am thankful for her and always will be ?.

Im only giving her at 2 bc my 1st visit was good and I left feeling positive about my Dr who appeared both respectful & kind. I was referred to Dr. Willard after being hospitalized for a diabetic wound tx. During my 2nd visit i asked some questions about what was needed for wound care @ home. I am blind and need help w wrap. At that point Dr. Willards personality completely changed & she stomped out of the room and told me that if I needed any more help that I needed to see a different doctor.
