Had a follow up visit scheduled. Heavy snow. Called the office three hours before my appointment time and they efficiently scheduled my visit as a virtual visit. It was as if we were in the office together. Got all of my questions answered and Dr Stern got all her questions answered and directions and recommendations for my next visit in six months. Loved it!

very thorough and thoughtful
On the first appointment, she spent over an hour with me, asking many questions to make sure that the had the big picture and knew of any possible influencers on my current pneumonia condition. She considered all the data and everything I had to say.
