Dr Sarah provides what I refer to as proactive health care, and she excels in it. She helps me understand the importance staying on top of any problems that come up, and address them before complications set in. And more importantly, she helps me follow the correct health path to minimize the occurrence of problems before they come up. I am a healthy 68 year old man today because of her.

I have not been to Dr. Payberah. Now seeing how her office treats PROSPECTIVE patients, I won't ever be GOING to Dr. Payberah. I called her office to make an appt because I need to find a new dr and was put through (after a 5-6 minute hold) to a man named Carl or Gary (?) who wanted to know exactly WHY I needed an appt. I told him I need refills but first I'd like to meet the dr and make sure she's what I WANT in a dr before disclosing medical info. He was brusque and rude. When I asked WHY he needed the name of meds for refill, his response was "That's the way the dr wants it" with a TOTAL attitude. I told him apparently this wasn't the practice for me just due to his attitude and hung up. Sad. From the reviews, she seems like a good dr. Too bad her office staff runs off people before they can even BECOME patients!

Dr. Sarah Payberah has been my doctor for many years. She has provided some terrific guidance to help me lose 30 pounds and also facilitated the early diagnoses of my bladder cancer. She always has your best interest at heart and really tries to get you to do what is best for your health. My wife and I are planning to continue to see her as our primary care physician.

Best primary doctor I've had. I had a fever / cold and my previous doctor failed to diagnose it and I ended up getting bronchitis. After almost of a year of coughing and taking different medications, I was still coughing. A friend recommended Dr Paybarah. I went to their office in plano I had the best experience or a doctor visit. I also took my wife to this office as well. Carl took care all my insurance paperwork and phone calls, and followed up with insurance company. Dr paybarah was

Easy to schedule. Office is high-tech, using iPads to sign in and she publishes lab results etc. online. Very knowledgeable with a compassionate bedside manner. Highly recommend!

inconsistency in billing / over charge: Office visit charges are normally $135 but i noticed they always charge little bit extra without any explanation. on 12/20/2017 my visit i was told be $160 but when i was leaving she charged me $204. when you are sick you are not paying attention to how much they are charging your card. when called later, she said your insurance company set this prices. when called BCBS they said Doctor sets their own visit fee and max i was to be charged was $160.

Dr. Sarah is ok but her office staff can't follow directions worth a hoot. Trying to get a prescription filled for a month now and they keep sending it to the wrong Insurance company even though I've given them the fax number 5 times. Office Manager is a bit rude also.

Something odd about this office and Doctor. Ask a simple question and they react way out of line. they refuse to give you proper refills. They just don't seem to care about their patients. I'll never go back.

She refused to see me after I booked an appointment online as a new patient! I got a call from the office manager stating that she does not prescribe any of the medicines I take (really? Is she not a doctor?), and that I should see an Internist instead due to my family medical history (again, really, is she a doctor?). I'm fuming and flabbergasted! When doctors are no longer doctors, there is something really wrong about the world.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Sarah Payberah for a primary doctor and well woman-care. Dr. Sarah has been my physician for many years. She and staff have been attentive to my needs, I take a written down list of questions to my visits. This helps me get my questions answered and the staff to get me out in time. She expects me to follow her advice and I do most of the time. I know she is right for living a healthy and active life.
