I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sarah Merrill today, and I couldn't be happier with the care that I received, both from her, as well as her office staff ! Their expertise and professionalism put me at ease throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Sarah Merrill has a great chair-side manner, and was not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Merrill to anyone in need of exceptional eye care!

First appointment went smoothly. No long wait times. Dr. Merrill was friendly and informative. Technicians were polite and efficient.

Dr. Merrill is absolutely and positively terrific. She is an expert, communicates exceedingly well, runs an outstanding practice, and she truly cares about her patients. She quickly diagnosed my condition, recommended the best solution without making the decison difficult with a myriad of unnecessary options, and set me up for a procedure that has brought me back my 20-20 vision. My first office visit for topography for cataract surgery went exceptionally well. What I thought was to be a simple in and out type of experience was a relaxing three hours long. To capitalize: 1. The front desk check in representative was kind and patient which meant, of course, I felt her efficient demeanor put me less apprehensive. 2. The technician greeted me pleasantly and the various four procedures with her were delightful. She put me ever more at ease because of her ability to engage conversation. She capably answered all questions about the tests. 3. Yet again I have accolades for yet another technician who performed the final testing before I saw the Opthomologist. 4. Dr. Merrill absolutely sealed my entire confidence and assurance about my suggested cataract surgery. Dr. Merrill has a superb gracious and sensitive personality and above all engaged my many questions in the mannerisms of a caring friend. Thus, there is no doubt in my mind of her expertise

Office intake personnel was extremely professional and thoroughly explained everything about my upcoming surgery. Dr Merrill explained everything extremely well too. I liked her relaxed approach.

Dr Merrill is very professional yet gives extended explanations of eye issues in clear, understandable English. I have total confidence in her medical and professional evaluations. She has done one surgery on me and I have high confidence in her should more be required. Her support staff is similarly superb.

Could not have asked for a better experience with a physician visit ! The entire staff , particularly CYNTHIA, were knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. I needed Cataract Surgery and I wanted a Doctor who could implant the Symfony Toric Lens. I found Dr. Sarah Merrill and I found GOLD. She is by far the most wonderful Doctor. I have only had my right eye done so far. I cannot tell you how smooth this went. This Doctor is brilliant, she is personable, and the surgery went as smooth as it gets. The best office and her assistant, Mary is a dream. If you are looking for the best, look no more!!!!
