Horrible Dr.
I don't have a voice due to late stage 4 laryngeal cancer, so my sole giver, 64 disabled wife had to ask questions, and explain my health issues, Dr. McIntire wouldn't answer her questions, became belligerent when my wife asked why won't you answer my questions? Since I don't have a voice it's vital to have my wife there to help with my appointments. Mcintire lowered my pain pills by half. I get two 2mg tablets of six hour pain pills a day which is half of what the Mayo clinic recommends. So I get 12 hours of minimal relief in a 24 hour day! Under Mcintires care my pain level went from a 7 to 9. She neglects to fill several of my medications every week leaving my wife to drive to our pharmacy 3 to 4 times a week, which increases our limited funds for extra fuel and is time consuming. 2 summers ago I was able to help with household chores. Under Mcintires care I'm bedridden. My wife has to bathe, dress, cook and serve me. It has to be deliberate because the mistakes occur weekly.

Myself and my family have been seeing Dr. McIntire for over 3 years now. I am impressed with how she is always willing to make time and her honesty. It's unfortunate to see these negative reviews and for people calling her out for her age! She's great don't let these negative reviews turn you away. We have tried other doctors and we continue to be impressed with her. She's very professional and age aside she is always asking questions and ensuring I feel like I can trust her and ask questions. If you want someone that is "older" than find a physician that is, don't leave a negative review because of someone's age. Remember you were at one point in your life at the same age as her.

Had an annual physical with Dr. McIntire and must say it was the least comprehensive physical I've ever had. Most of the appointment was spent taking a history and then was billed additional charges (not covered by insurance) for problems that have been stable for 40 years. My health has been stable for many years and I've never been charged for additional level of service.

Being a 55 year old man I was hesitant to book my two pre-surgery physicals with a young female internal medicine specialist. Dr. McIntire is very professional, listens to what concerns I have, and is not condescending or preachy about my weight, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels which she has gotten under control with prescription medication, diet and exercise recommendations. She is now my and my adult daughters go to physician.

The other reviews on here are plain wrong! She took the time to listen to my concerns and had many ideas that other providers did not have. She was very approachable and kind. I will be back!

Dr. McIntire was very friendly and professional. She is definitely young, but in my opinion this is to her benefit. Although she was a little chatty and bubbly, she was exceptionally professional when it came to discussing health concerns and performing the procedures. I am thrilled to find a doctor who is easy to converse with and is passionate about advancements in the profession. I would absolutely recommend Dr. McIntire and I look forward to continuing care with her.

She simply does not have enough experience, and her residency experience is unimpressive. Highly suggest taking your child to a more experienced Doctor. Very long wait - such that she made me late to another appointment in the same clinic (did not apologize). That subsequent Doctor was then unable to see me.

Far too young (just out of school). She tries, but just not competent as going with someone with more practical experience behind them. She does not wear Dr. attire, but street clothes, which I found odd. Her professional demeanor was bothersome - she looked like she was going out for a party vs. trying to be a serious Doctor. Her schedule is always open - you can get it at any time. There is a reason for this...thumbs way down.

I saw this Doctor twice - it was disappointing. She likes to talk about recent studies, and is simply too new (just out of school) to provide any meaningful experience. I went to several other Doctors after my two visits for second opinions - and they had different recommendations which were right on target. I have not taken my children to her from a pediatric standpoint, nor would I ever based upon my experiences and the fact that there are so many other excellent experienced pediatricians.
