Dr. Sarah Hutton, MD

I had seen dr Hutton before and felt her to be a great practitioner. When I needed more mental health help I went back to her and it was like seeing a whole different Dr. she told me I could take antihistamines for my anxiety, put me on a medication I’d never been on, and then never checked in to see how I was doing, despite placing me on a new med. she then cancelled every single appointment after that, leaving my primary care doctor to take care of me. After 3 cancellations on her end, I gave up and my mental health became way worse. I’ve never been so patronized or mistreated by ANY practitioner ever. It was so hard for me to get myself in to a doctor and when I did, she turned out to be cold and careless. It is my only hope she doesn’t do this to anyone else.

I loved this practice. For 8 years I saw my psychiatrist every 2-4 weeks. Eventually I was put on a medication which requires constant blood monitoring. She failed to monitor my blood levels for TWO YEARS and this resulted me having toxicity causing permanent damage to my kidneys, & liver, with temporary damage to my thyroid, and lasting neurological symptoms. I had symptoms of high levels for over a year and she never tested me. This could have been avoided. When I made it known that I was unhappy with the negligence that I received, the practice completely banned me instead of taking accountability and apologizing. They abandoned me over their own mistakes. They’re careless and they caused permanent damage to my body, shortening my life at 32 years old. My children won’t get to have their mom for as long as they deserve and she threw me to the wolves because I raised concern about her negligence. They’ve violated my patient rights and shown absolutely no empathy.

Dr. Sarah Hutton the best doctor for psychiatry in the entire state. Five stars. She is very professional and understanding. She listens to you and understands the best way to help you. Thank you for your outstanding work.

Amazing is an understatement. If you struggle with mental health, you know how hard it is to find someone who will listen to you, encourage you, and trust. I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels to have someone who is on your side working with you, and not pushing you to be uncomfortable. She is a godsend to mental health. As women who is debilitated by anxiety, meeting her and truly feeling like she is committed to helping, is a breath of fresh air. What’s even more impressive is her communication. She is very responsive, and you don’t have to wait a lifetime to hear back. Nothing is more reassuring than knowing that you WILL get response from the doctor herself. If you are looking for someone to help you navigate through your difficult time, do yourself a favor and call her.

i feel dr hutton has always taken the time to listen to me through and never made me feel like i had to take a medication that i wasn’t informed about or on board with. that is something hard to come across in doctors and i feel lucky to have found her, especially being a minor myself. i have not once felt like i was rushed through an appointment in fact i think she hits about every point i wanted to talk about and she remembers things very well. very thankful for dr sarah hutton

Dr Hutton is very knowledgeable, open minded, listens & cares. She has helped me so much and now my teen son as well. I feel comfortable to reach out to her when I have a concern or problem. She always answers emails(doesn’t make me feel like I’m bothering her), she calls to check up on me if I’m having another health problem. She on top of everything. I am so grateful to her!

Dr. Hutton was extremely negligent of my parental rights and concerns in her treatment of my child. Her diagnoses changed frequently and her medication prescriptions did not appear to align with the diagnosis. She made recommendations based on incomplete information and did not seek out the complete information.
