Dr. Sarah Hayden, DO

Dr. Hayden is super friendly and has a great bedside manner but her front office clerk, Courtney, is horrible! Short, sarcastic, and ugly demeanor. Office manager, Kim, didn’t seem to care when told of the attitude. I guess that’s how they run the office. Your front office is the face of your practice. We’ve went to this practice for over 20 years and todays experience has ended that.

I highly recommend Sarah as a pediatric practitioner. In my experience, she is the best I have ever worked with. Let me explain why. As a reasonably educated mom, I come to appointments well-prepared with knowledge on topics such as vaccines, milestones, and development delays. Dr. Hayden is not only incredibly intelligent, but also an excellent communicator. She is skilled at explaining medical information in a way that is easy to understand, without talking down to parents. Dr. Hayden is a valuable resource, not a lecturer. She is there to support you on your journey as a parent, rather than taking control of the situation. She approaches problems from two perspectives: what is practical for parents and what is necessary as a medical intervention. She takes the time to discuss the difference, ensuring that you are fully informed and comfortable with any decisions made. If I could recommend her more highly, I would. She is exceptional and I trust her with the life of my son.

She and her office staff are like our family, our daughter is 2.5 yrs old and we trust Dr Hayden 200%! She answers every single one of my one million first time momma questions with patience and compassion! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

She's very personable. Nice and upbeat and really good with kids. Made me feel comfortable and eased some anxiety I had with my concerns I had for my baby. The office is quite small but office staff and Dr's are great. 100% recommend.

Our appointment I feel like did not go well at all. Dr. Hayden was more concerned with my son "goal" in life than with his medical condition. She was not able to answer any of our questions to what medical conditions we needed answered. She also forgot to call in a medication that she thought my son needed. Her front office worker Courtney is very rude on and off of the phone. The only staff that I feel is great is Dr. Patrick Daley who we are actual patients of, Theresa and Mandy. Those two nurses and Dr. Daley are terrific. I will not and would not recommend anyone to Dr. Hayden.

She is a great person with a kind heart! She knows her stuff and does a good job trying to look at the full picture! I’d recommend her for the parents that are first timers! She has a way of making you feel comfortable! The nurse that always helps us “Mandy” is amazing too! :)
