Pain treatments denied
Had appointment for treatment after having previous appointment canceled drove to the Clinic at the U and waited 30 minutes to see her only for her to say You CAN'T HAVE THE treatment which is what we came there to get and She said she did not want to do paperwork to get treatment approved. Called ucare and they said no paperwork required ! They dropped that requirement 2 years ago. She lied and denied pain relief for a person in Extreme serious pain. She is PATHETIC. Her behavior is disgusting and I am sure nothing the U would approve . She must think she is above everybody else and treated us rudely and disrespectful. She should be fired. Once a Doctor displays inhumanity towards patients it's time for her to step down. Nobody should be treated like garbage and be denied life saving pain relief. Previous appt. missed due to covid and this appointment was rescheduled by her office. The U should investigate . The patient is still seeking pain relief every day with no help .

Total sled.
Drove all that way and she was unprepared. No resolve for pain. She is inhumane and non-caring. She covers her behind at the expense of patients. Do not take your family member here. She is a nightmare of miscommunication, no follow up and just plain mean.

Absolutely phenomenal! Very knowledgeable. Professional but empathetic. Explains diagnosis and test results so clearly and is open to questions. Never acts rushed or makes you feel like you don't have her full attention.
