Absolutely worthless! Doesn’t return phone calls, doesn’t follow up with her patients.. Met with her one time, she ordered labs, NEVER heard from her again.. Called multiple times, same excuses every time (she’s unavailable).. please don’t waste your time with this practice! It’s horrible! It’s a shame she’s affiliated with Dignity Health.. It won’t be long before Dignity Health receives multiple complaints..

Nice doctor, but does not follow up appropriately with patient care. Tried to contact her multiple times over the course of a week following time sensitive results, and never received a response.

Dr. Whatley is great. But getting to see her is difficult. Why? Because she is contracted with Dignity Health. There's one central answer service that makes you listen to a 4-minute message before the central service desk even answers. And then they, at some time, interpret your request and forward a message to someone on the doctor's staff, who in turn, might reinterpret your message and relate it to the doctor. WHAT A HORRIBLE SYSTEM. Anything so "Dignity" can save a nickel at the cost of their patients time and health.

I would like to start by saying that the negative comments were from when she was employed at cmh. This is a very important factor because cmh was horrible at giving messages, they always had long lines and their staff was rude. She now works with dignity health and has her own office. There is never a line, the staff is wonderful, and now messages have quick response. She’s great, she listens, and never rushes. She may not work 9-5M-F but she does better than some who do. I recommend her EVERY1

I left my doctor of 10 years to join Dr Whatley's practice. I like that she is compassionate, knowledgeable, always on time, and accommodating if you need to be seen urgently. Thank you Dr Sara Whatley!

She only works half day and has no consideration for long distance traveling, traffic, and a line when you get to the office. That's horrible, makes me wonder how dedicated she is to her patients because I have some urgent issues. I called and left 2 messages with office staff. You might say why didn't I leave home early enough, I have health issues that preclude me from getting up and around early. Time to find another doctor.
