Dr. Pepper always addresses any concerns I may have about my child. She did exactly that when we came in for my littles Well Child visit. My kids have been through a lot and shes been there every step of the way.

Excellent & Friendly
I took both of my children in to be seen. She took ample time with each one and examined them thoroughly asking lots of questions along the way. Dr. Pepper was able to offer advice for home care for the one diagnosed with something viral. She was straightforward with our other child who was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. She took time to explain the medication and answered our questions. The clinic was beyond busy and I am sure she was swamped. She did not rush our care one bit and was super friendly along the way.

Dr. Pepper is always very good with all of my children. We have never had a bad experience with her or her nurses! She always explains things well and will actually take the time to listen to our questions or concerns before rushing out of the room.

TERRIBLE-DO NOT TRUST
Dr Pepper failed to see the need for my infant child to be hospitalized. She sent us home despite needing hospitalized immediately following her office visit for 10 days! Terribly negligent! I would never trust with my child’s health care! Her intern new better than her and showed more concern during the visit.

Warm, Patient, Open
I selected Dr. Pepper as our daughter’s pediatrician. So far, I could not be happier. She is warm, patient and open. I ask a lot of questions and she takes her time to answer each. She handles my daughter with such care. Yankton is lucky to have her.
