Getting my port installed
I had to have a port installed to begin my chemo and radiation treatments that were scheduled to begin 7/24/23. Dr Hartsaw was going on vacation on 7/21/23 but put her vacation on hold to install my port to start treatments. I love her dearly thank you so much for being my surgeon I wouldn't want to be in any other surgeon's hands but hers. It's a really wonderful feeling knowing when you are under anesthesia that a Dr as wonderful as Dr Hartsaw is taking care of you. I don't worry about any surgery I have to have as long as Dr Hartsaw's hands are taking care of me. God bless you always Dr Hartsaw thank you so much for always being there for me and helping me to get my life back when you make me healthy again. Thank you for your continued service and my freedom. RUDE, UNPLEASANT, DISRESPECTFUL, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was quoted a price for surgery, (after being seen by Dr Hartsaw) and told that price over the course of four separate conversations. Price was then increased by 500% after surgery was scheduled. When I asked for an explanation as to why this occurred, I was called names, refused service and told to find another surgeon.
