Dr. Sara Farag, MD

Dr. Farag is a phenomenal doctor. I am SO happy I did my research and found her. I’ve never come across a doctor who is more personable than Dr. Farag. She immediately made me feel at ease, explained every single step of her procedures clearly, and was extremely gentle and caring in performing them. I also appreciate how thorough she is in her recommendations. The appointment did not feel rushed; in fact, as I was a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised at the genuine effort she made to get to know me - she asks many questions and has a natural gift for connecting with her patients. In my opinion, Dr. Farag represents the gold standard not only in her technical field of expertise, but in patient care/bedside manner as well. I also have found the office assistants and support staff to be very easy to work with. Yes, the doctors in this office have busy schedules because they are GOOD doctors. However, I was easily able to find appointments within a few weeks.

Can't make my usual appointment. Staff is the worst i have ever encountered. like the last reviewer, i have called and called and called. NEVER a call back. I am going to change doctors, when you can't reach your doctor there is no point.

Unfortunately I was never able to see the doctor. After 3 consecutive days of calling , getting a message that they “ can’t come to the phone because they’re busy helping other patients , but leave name and number”. I never received a call back to set up appointment. I would have accepted a call back saying that they weren’t accepting new patients if that were the case, but I’ll never know. By 4th day I called again and pressed prompt saying I was calling from another physician office,and I did get a human, only to be hung up on. If this doctor is the best doctor in the world, you would have to be crazy to see her. But if it’s impossible to make an appointment, I guess no one will ever know.

First visit today and I have got to say she is wonderful. Explains every detail & makes you feel at ease. She takes so much time out to explain everything. Her staff is also very caring & understanding. If their was a 10 rating that is what I have rated this doctor & her staff. Plus. If you want a GYN I would highly recommend this doctor.
