Dr. Sanusi Umar, MD

I paid Dr. Umar over 30k and had zero growth. I don't know why this happened, as I have had decent growth from other doctors. One thing might have been the decision to create the recipient sites and then break for lunch for an hour. No doubt, there was coagulation during that time. Further, I was not adequately apprised of their procedure. The staff put me totally under without telling me of their intention. I woke up in another room with Dr. Umar working on my head, which was dangling uncomfortably off the edge of the table at a weird angle. Dr. Umar had a poor bedside manner. And they didn't give me meds to take home, instead giving me a prescription to obtain the drugs on my own, with my head bandaged, at a pharmacy. The 30k apparently was not enough; the staff tried to sell me "hair vitamins" on my way out.

Very poor doctor. Could not deliver with hair transplant. He was yelling at his staff.

He performed a poor hair transplant for me nearly 5 years ago. The results were not good and depleted my donor area verified by another board certified hair surgeon. His staff was not trained correctly and was doing most of the work.

Dr. Umar is a very professional and artistic hair transplant doctor. He has an immaculate attention to details.
