If you have scleroderma stay far away from this doctor. I basically had to tell her what works for me. She never got involved with my other doctors that are seeing me to control the scleroderma which by the way I had to hear from them that it wasn’t being controlled. She will get upset with u when u question her about meds she wants u on. Always had excuses why she couldn’t get involved with my other doctors. Thank God that now I’m being seen with real specialist at Ut southeastern. When she saw I wasn’t happy with her she told me to find another doctor then sent letters to them as if she fired me lol. I’ve been having scleroderma for 21 years and she’s the worse I’ve ever had to deal with.

I miss Dr. Penmetsa dearly. She was a fantastic doctor while in Abilene. After she left, I went to see Dr. Koduru & ended up in physical therapy because she ruptured a ligament in my arm. You should have kept Dr. Penmetsa HMC!!!!

It is rare to find a health care provider committed to listening, understanding, and caring for their patients. She is reliable, skilled, and trustworthy. I have been fortunate to have her as my physician.

My appointment was at 2:30.(I was new patient) I was told to arrive at 2:00 to complete paperwork that was never mailed to me. I was put in examination soon as paper work was completed. I sat in the examination room for 3 hours and never was seen. At 5:30, I was told that she sees established patients first. I asked for my money (co-pay) back. I missed a half a day of work (which cost me money) for nothing. The staff was nice/apologetic. I don't think this was the first time this has happened
