Disorganized, No follow up!!
The CT Scan was never sent to my GP, didn’t feel like they heard or cared about my condition or concerns. 2 nd visit, I was not thrilled with toxic Plug-ins in the waiting room!! Especially since this was a Pulmonologist. It’s difficult to tolerate them. No receptionists- finally got checked in to a room- scheduled for breathing tests- put in a room- over 25 minutes without a single person coming in, even if they had come in at that moment it would have been too late. I had to return to work! I had to find someone to tell them I had a leave- no return calls for rescheduling, finally got a call answered - she rude and hung up when I asked to repeat what she said and I will never return!

Great office
Had a breathing test today and can not say enough about Dee and how kind and helpful she was- it’s a test I dread but she makes it very comfortable. Two others that have been so helpful are Erin and Kambria! I highly recommend Dr Kable and her staff

BAD DOCTOR!!!
You are taking a huge risk seeing this doctor, its all about the $$$ for her. No follow up with patient care or questions. She should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Best Pulmonary Doctor
Dr. Kable has helped my quality of life so much better. I have Bronchial problems and she has taught me how to be proactive to breathe better. She saved my life when I was in the hospital for three weeks last year for double pneumonia. Dr. Kable and all of her staff are excellent and always listen to your concerns. I am grateful to my internist for referring me to Dr. Kable.

Asked for Dr Kable got RA.
The office girls are very nice. On my second visit to go over all my test results I had asked for Dr. cable. They gave me an RA. So I’m not sure how you get to see the doctor.. Even though I specifically asked for her.

Very knowledgeable and compassionate
I have Sjogren's disease. Very few physicians understand the serious systemic comorbidities associated with my disease. From our very first appointment, I was impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Kable was regarding the pulmonary risks associated with Sjogren's. She does a wonderful job answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Her Denison office is quite busy so wait times can be a bit long at times, but I have found her staff to be great to deal with.

Terrible doctor
Dr. Kable rushes through the appt, doesnt answer my questions and is very dismissive. She has bad bedside manners, her office is a mess, and phone calls go unanswered. Asked my primary to refer me elsewhere.

Dr. Kable diagnosed me with a terminal lung disease. The lack of care and unprofessionalism at this office is appalling. I have been waiting 5 months now to start treatment, but the office manager has not even sent in the appeal form to my insurance company to get my medication approved so that I can start treatment. The faxes from my insurance company, specialty pharmacy, and the drug manufacturer sit on the fax machine and have gone unread for months. When I call the office, I only get their voicemail, which is never returned. Insurance also denied nebulizer medications because the doctor's office did not send enough notes. You are dealing with human lives here. Months of delaying treatment is causing continued decline of my condition. Even having face to face appointments with Dr. Kable gets nothing accomplished. Others on my treatment team (pharmacy, social worker, etc) cannot believe how bad it is!

Dr Kable and her PA/nurse are great. However, the practice is a chaotic mess. Phone is never answered or phone calls returned. Patients waiting in the halls due to a too small waiting room in McKinney. My orders for DME were supposed to be sent a week ago but the office sent over their notes and no orders according to the DME supplier. I and the DME place been trying for days to get the orders sent. No one cares.

Dr. Kable is kind, caring, assertive, and talented in listening. Undoubtedly the best pulmonologist I have experienced. Office medical and non-medical staff are among the most efficient of any I have ever seen. Quality of care, in my opinion, is far above average.
