Dr. Shah is wonderful
Dr. Shah is very patient and takes the necessary time to resolve my problems. He is very gentle in cleaning my ears. All of my family members go to him.

Dr. Shah is the best!
I've been going to Dr. Shah for a number of years. I used to change see different ENTs before, and often changed. Thankfully I found Dr. Shah in Sugarland and will never se another ENT. He is very thorough and knowledgeable while being friendly and approachable. He does not rush and takes the time to listen to my issues and fix them. Highly recommend him.

Kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable!!
Although I'm bummed that Houston ENT's prices have gone up, it's doctors like Dr. Shah that will keep me coming back. I feel very good about having him treat me and I also really like his team!

Another wonderful appointment
This was a routine check up and ear cleaning. The doctor cleaned my ears and prescribed me drops for ear eczema. Very knowledgeable and another wonderful appointment.

Ear Issues
Dr Shaw was exceptional at listening and understanding my hearing and ear issues. Very caring and compassionate!!!I was impressed with Dominque his nurse because she made me feel very at ease when I was a little nervous!!! The front desk lady was also very pleasant and kind. Over all it was a wonderful visit and I will to see Dr Shaw again!!! Highly recommended!!!

I would NOT recommend Dr. Shah. Our daughter is mildly autistic, with having a genius IQ, but having sensory issues. She needed to see an ENT to have earring backs removed from her ears. Without even seeing our daughter, but knowing her condition, Dr. Shah refused to see our daughter. He refused her care even after an appt had been made. His MA, Dominique, is extremely rude! I would highly recommend not stepping foot in his office!

Pleasant to deal with
I went to see Dr. Shah for an ear problem that turned out not to be serious. He was friendly, personable, and humorous. He fixed my problem and I had a pleasant time visiting him. I would recommend him to others.

Dr. Sanjeev Shah
He is very attentive. For my particular issue (severe vertigo) caused by BPPV he had to send a referral for me to a facility that does an Epley Maneuver. He also referred me to a specialist as my issues are not common. I was totally appreciative of his efforts with me.

I called to get my medical history. The woman who I talked to was rude and since she didn't want to spend time sending me my history, or telling me how to download it from the portal, told me I had to drive there to get it printed. I just called again. I talked to a different woman (I think) and I got her to explain me how to download my history. Again she was rude, talked so fast I hardly couldn't write down what she was telling me and only cared about getting rid of me as quickly as possible.
