Dr. Joshi is a caring, compassionate physician. He has been my internist for over thirty years and he has provided excellent care. He always explains things to me simply so that I understand. He takes his time, never rushes me, and always has time to answer my questions. Ten years ago when I fractured my leg in two places and the orthopedic doctor was neglecting my care in the hospital, Dr. Joshi helped me with physical therapy and found a different doctor. Dr. Joshi is a rare combination of a skilled physician and a very kind man. When my 100 year-old mother was in hospice she wasn’t dying quickly enough for the hospice people so to allow her to remain in hospice, Dr. Joshi would change he diagnosis. It took her two weeks to die and he help her pass peacefully in a caring environment. He is the best.

Dr Joshi gives lectures and skips thorough examinations, leaves room under some pretense, next the MA comes in to discharge you. How much does it take to conclude my visit; any other questions, make another appointment, take care...? I find Dr Joshi very pretentious. Having a HMO, I have been denied referrals, paying out of pocket to see a specialist for a problem. With seeing two doctors outside the network for the problem, Dr Joshi continually denies a referral. You will find the first couple visits exemplary - trust, the real ugly truth will soon arise!

He is one of the few Doctors that I trust. He tells you like it is. My hubsand and I love him. We have traveled to Chicago Heights, Frankfort, Lockport and Olympia Fields to continue to be a patient of his.
