Doctor is knowledgeable, Front Desk is Rough
It's clear that Dr. Rathi knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable, very thorough when looking at symptoms, figuring out a diagnosis. Sometimes he seems very rushed, which makes it hard to get all questions answered. But his attention (when you have it) makes it worth the patience you need when you don't have his full attention. Making appointments and getting messages to him is a big con of the practice though, as the front desk is just brutal. More of a body guard than someone there to help. I have actually never left a successful message with the practice (or gotten any real help from the front desk). If the doctor didn't seem like he had A+ knowledge, I would have switched practices already. It's possible I still might down the road, trying to hold out because, again, the doctor seems like the best of the best. But that's worthless if the front desk doesn't let you through.

Listens and cares
Dr. Rathi was personable and treated me like a person and not a number. He listened. He also was very calming, as I am an anxious person.

My experience with this provider was unpleasant. He’s rude, a poor listener, distracted and condescending. His phone manner was even worse and I told him so. His report to my referring physician was full of inaccuracies and unwarranted speculation. I would not recommend this physician under any circumstances.

I have been suffering from migraines for many decades. My migraines were very debilitating. Dr Rathi was able to diagnose me (cervical dystonia) and treat me. He is an excellent neurologist. He is also very kind and patient. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rathi was such a breath of fresh air during one of the most stressful times in my life. He could recognize and empathize with my fear and anger that at 29 years old my life would be changed forever and treated more than just my brain but my mental state as well. He was welcoming, kind, extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly to requests, LISTENED TO ME, and most importantly (for me at least) made me laugh. He took the scariest situation of my life to date and managed to make me laugh. I left the first appointment feeling not only at ease but confident I had found the right person for the job and now he’s stuck seeing me once a year for the rest of my life! Cannot recommend him highly enough!

This doctor should be in sales. not at all interested in truly caring for patients as phone as a 2 dollar bill...when you tell him, things are not going well, he doesn't care just wants to move on. never recommending him..it's all about the money.

Dr Rathi, although very pleasant at the onset of the visits is not at all interested in caring for the patient. it is evident that money is all that matters ...he refused to subscribe a medication that was covered by medicate instead he insisted that i should continue with a very expensive medication that was not covered . he claimed that he didn't "believe that the other medication was not effective" and although i requested to at least let me try it. he told me to go find another doctor. Rude

I suffered from at least 15 migraine headaches each month for the previous five years. I met with five different neurologists. Dr. Rathi was the only neurologist who recognized my condition, cervical dystonia. The pain from my condition was so debilitating, that I felt that I would be forced to take an early retirement. Dr. Rathi diagnosed me within the first 5 minutes of our first appointment. Today, I can lead an active life: working a 40 hour work week; 8 hours of karate a week; enjoying f

Dr Rathi is an excellent doctor who truly cares for the well being of his patients. I have been his patient for several years and unlike any other neurologist I had previously gone to, Dr Rathi took tests to diagnose the problem and took time to explain the proper course of action. I am grateful for his dedication and compassion.

No one else has ever given me the time and attention he does. No one could ever diagnose me or help me. He did and continues to see me, immediately if need be. I have never met anyone like him. He treats me like I am his only patient. If I am anxious he puts his music on and sings. If ask him to tell me a story, he always has a good one. I love this man. Best medical and personal care you will ever receive. His staff is just as amazing. I don’t know how they keep up with him..????

He's brilliant, he doesn't miss a thing! I was so impressed at out first meeting and the complete exam I received. He has ordered all the appropriate testing, although i do not have a diagnosis as of yet. I will remain with him. I trust him! I know he cares about me. I've been to three neurologists in the area - and none of them ever did the testing and the exam he gave me. His staff is pleasant and easy to work with. You may have to wait for an appointment- but it's well worth it.

I can't relate to him. He is very knowledgeable but he doesn't seem to understand how much pain I'm truly in. I must say though that I have this mystery sickness that dr rathi just can't get his head around. It's debilitating and ruining my life! I just wish he took my case more seriously, as He seems to be great with other patients. But overall, I just don't know if he's good with people who are truly ill. Believe me I am thankful I can even see a neurologist!! Maybe he's not the right fit?

Dr. Rathi I am very pleased to say, is a very decent human being and an able, caring physician. One could tell his parents raised a very good son in him. In fact I am fortunate to have found and consulted with him because as his patient, I was accorded the respect and concern a patient always expects from his physician. He is that trustworthy and respectable.
