Dr.Kumar is very intelligent and has great bedside manner. He takes great care of me and I am a mess. Thank you Dr Kumar

I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly. The staff was friendly, Dr Kumar had a great bedside manner. Asked a lot of questions, listened intently. I do recommend the office! Went to Jackson, County Line Rd Office. Short wait once in the office.

It’s difficult to get an appointment and office is always empty. Guess it’s their limited availability. The staff is very rude especially EMILY.No customer service ,respect .She was yelling at me like a dog. Not even.I called because on the tele visit the dr promised to email me labs slips. I did not get it .Hence my reason for calling. She was impatient.She does not know her labs telling a professional incorrect information.She slams the phone down on me I called back and spoke to Celine .Anyway they came up with a story the dr will not be there until Thursday now this is Monday.I call back Thursday they say I have to do a visit I did a visit less than 10 day .Why would I need another visit just to get the lab slip. She realize it’s in the computer. Patient should be treated with respect.I pick up the lab slip and EMILy rolled he eyes at me in a very treating manner.I ask her if I spoke to her she said “I don’t know” I spoke to you? This behavior does not belong in health care.

I would not recommend Dr. Sanjay Kumar . He wanted me to take a wellness course that he said "was required by Medicare" I walked out of his office and contacted Medicare and was told that they did not require that. If I took the course, I would have been responsible for the fees charged. I do not trust the doctor He didn't hesitate to charge me (and Medicare) for the office visit and send me a bill for an additional $15.87 that Medicare did not pay.

This man should not be practicing medicine! dangerous! I brought my dad in having difficulty breathing and keeping balance among other serious health concerns.after waiting in dirty office for an hour 1/2!Kumar wouldnt listen to me when I triedto tell him dad's symptoms and was not taking us seriously. Kumar let us walk out of office that day with only a script for CT scan! I took dad into ER myself next morning when things looked worse, now hes in ICU on respirator. Thank god alive despite Kuma
