Dr. Sangeeta Joshi, MD

I’m not surprised im not the only one with a terrible experience with Dr. Joshi. My daughter called for an appointment and concerns regarding my heart when she called back she had a disgusting bedside manner! Diagnosed me without even seeing me!!! “God complex”. I asked for a work up because I had concerns with my heart. I had extreme new swelling in both my legs and history of cardiac issues. I asked for a cardiologist referral(my nephew is a cardiologist who recommended I ask my primary doctor for the referral) she responded and said there nothing wrong just elevate your feet and wear tight fitted socks! She didn’t even offer to schedule to see me in person. Stay away from this “doctor”. Maybe she should try humbling herself. God doesn’t like ugly.

I am writing this as a cardiac patient with a lifelong history of deadly tachycardia that almost took my life twice. I had to get a cardiac ablation 3 years ago, which changed my life, but I still have some concerning symptoms here and there. After waiting 15 minutes for Joshi to show up late to our video call, I shared this information with her and she told me my pain and palpitations symptoms were likely just inflammation. She also told me to take strong ibuprofen (a terrible recommendation to someone with a weak heart). After I questioned her "diagnosis", she got very short and rude with me, and demanded that I tell her what I thought I needed. I told her bloodwork would be a start since I haven't had ANY full labs in THREE years. She agreed and hung up quickly afterwards. If you want a doctor who is dismissive and will try to "diagnose" your problem without running proper tests or labs, Joshi is the doctor for you!

My parent had a scheduled phone consultation with Dr. Sangeeta Joshi but I was told that she was seeing other patient. So, waited for 2 hours and we did not get a call back from Dr Sangeeta Joshi. I tried calling her office but I was told she was out of the office and left for lunch.
