Did not like what he said, but he was truthful and I have to listen to what he have to say.

Dr Kim is very patient n respectful doctor to me as a human being. I wish more doctors were as considerate and respectful.

Dr. Kim was informative, ordered a full back x-ray and showed it and explained it very clearly. He was sensitive, care and pragmatic in his recommendations. He listened to me.

There is a reason I keep coming back to see Dr. Sang Kim. I feel heard and value his deep knowledge on his area of practice. I feel both that he understands my condition and knows how to best treat it.

Very good and clear on treatment options

Dr Kim has been wonderful every time I have had any contact with him. Although I appreciate and respect his PA when I was struggling with pain I definitely preferred speaking directly with Dr. Kim

Care provider was very good at explaining the procedure from a technical standpoint. I am confident I know what the procedure entailed and why he made certain decisions. And I was onboard with all of them. However, care provider made me feel like I was inconveniencing him when I had questions. Furthermore, he did not do a good job of explaining what I should expect in terms of the recovery process. I am experiencing complications that apparently are not uncommon. But I was never told of these possibilities. Furthermore, I have been trying to reach him because the pain post surgery has gotten worse and shows no sign of abating after 3 weeks. But he is unresponsive.

Every aspect of Dr. Kim's care is excellent he is knowledgeable, effective, kind, and considerate. He is a great spine surgeon and cares about his patient's (me) functioning life activities after surgery.
