Dr. Tirado is wonderful!! She listens to and discusses all of my concerns and provides information and a plan of action. She is supportive of my decisions. I have had a problem in the past with doctors missing major problems. It is so great to have her in my corner. She takes all the time you need and focuses just on you during your appt. I can't say enough good things about her.

Doctor spent 30 minutes asking questions related to current condition & symptoms! Extremely professional and quite personal. She is one of the best PCPs I have ever had.

Dr. Tirado is awesome! I wouldn’t give her up for no one else. She could sound harsh sometimes but she is just been honest with you, by telling you the truth. I have been her patient for about 19 years. She left her old office in Vienna and I lost track of her. The Doctor that took over her Business, wouldn’t release any information. Finally I found her new Office and I am going to go back to her. Thank God!

Dr. Tirado was able to quickly identify the immune disorder that I was living with, and send me for testing to confirm the diagnosis. This made a huge difference in being able to understand and manage the condition and make decisions about treatment.

You wait 1+ hours to be seen, even with an appointment. Dr. Tirado is knowledgeable but abrasive, and her bedside manner is direct, harsh and she sometimes oversteps. I dread going here, though the care you receive is decent.

This is the worst office ever. The staff is careless and unprofessional. They overbook patients just to collect insurance and copayments. The waiting time is over 2 hours before you can see the doctor and when you get to see her is only for a few minutes. She is always in a hurry and doesn't care of your needs or questions, misses prescriptions and don't address important tests results that need immediate attention.

The staff is miserable and rude with no patience. The run it with a bully like mentality. Dr. Tirado is just as rude and short with you. Almost like she can't be bothered with you, even though she is the doctor that are paying to see. She rushes you, cuts you off when you are speaking and tries to finish your sentences. She is not a great doctor. Convenience isn't a good excuse to continue with her as my doctor. I'm happy to report that I have had my last appointment with her. Thank heavens.

I saw Dr Tirado for quite some time and I think she is a good physician, however, her office has serious issues with competency, professionalism and customer service. The waiting time is ridiculously long, and it is because they schedule multiple patients at the same time. Many times after waiting for more than 2 hours, the staff ask you if you mind seeing another Dr. I find this very unprofessional. The overall experience is very bad, even knowing she is a good professional.

Dr. Tirado is an excellent doctor yes the wait time may be a while but its because sometime as us patients do tend to ask questions and understand it might back up dr. Tirado but she still listens and finishes what we talked about. the front desk is very helpful they cant do much because it is out of their hands but they try and the staff that are in the back are horrible they cant even help patients when needed all they want is to leave messages and never return the calls back.

The office standard as it has become for many medical professionals is to prescribe antibiotics and send you on your way. The front desk reception has a good staff overall and they are helpful. The medical attention and billing department are as detached and unhelpful as any business I have ever visited. The office manager flat out lied to me about her ability to discuss an incorrect bill with me and told me it was up to a director to make the decision and they were not willing to call me back.

I was confronted with two year old bill I was not told what it was for exactly. Told I couldn't be seen unless I paid it .Then I was told not to ask any question of my dr as it might not be covered by my insurance I am supposed to be healthy for physical so if I have questions make a separate appointment I am devastated by this treatment . So much for discuss it with your doctor. Just truly sad 15 relationship with this practice to be treated like walking credit card. Shameful . Padraig

Dr Tirado is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and professional. I've been going to her for years. Of course you have to wait. Where is there a doctors office where you don't wait? As for the receptionist I've never had a problem with them either. You treat them with respect you get respect back.

While Dr. Tirado herself is a good physician, her office and staff are unprofessional and incompetent to a dangerous level. I have been coming here for over 10 years, and after each visit, I find myself wondering why I still come here (and don't plan on doing so again). From staff members arguing loudly, to incorrect lab results (saying labs were normal when the were not, and only after I called 3wks after the labs), to a complete lack of functional recordkeeping, this office is awful.

Dr. Tirado has been my physician for over ten years, and has been an excellent doctor. She is dedicated and committed to her patiients in making sure their overall heath comes first. I have always received follow-up phone calls when test results were of a concern to her. I'm thankful to to have Dr. Tirado close to my job and at a moment's notice. I highly recommend her!
