Dr. Thompson is truly a special provider. She is a pain doctor who truly cares about removing pain. Most of the pain docs these days do nothing but suggest lower dosages and find ways to make life difficult for their patients while Dr. Thompson, on the other hand, goes so far out of her way to help that it?s amazing.Both her and her team are so dedicated to easing pain. She takes the time with her patients to prevent options and explains them in detail. Her team is just as dedicated. Jordan goes out of her way to fight insurance to get patients approved for the procedures that will really help.If you are in pain, give the Pain Center a call. Great, the entire staff both in Boise and Caldwell are fantastic, I have been going there for a few years and pain clinics really get a bad name, and when people truly do need to explore options to make your life manageable. I can't say enough about Dr. Thompson, I'm far from the easiest patient and she never makes me feel ashamed so I'm able to truly get the help that I need.

She is not Fair and always compair you to other people

Dr Thompson takes time with each patient and truly cares about their well being! I have gotten to see how she cared for my sister who was dying of cancer! She made her feel “heard” and important and not just another patient! She saw her through till the end and I am so thankful! I have also been one of her patients since 2011, and have appreciated her many ways she has done her best to help me with pain! It is not an easy specialty she has chosen, and I am forever thankful for her willingness to always offer the best available treatments! I always recommend Dr Thompson!

I am a patient that's had both of his hips replaced and also has a bad lower back due to it. I'm only 47 years old. I've dealt with chronic pain my entire life. My primary doctor left me a referral to go see her and to talk about the prescriptions that I'm on. I was recently diagnosed with diverticulitis due to the amount of medications that I'm on that I shouldn't be on. She wouldn't even take the time to sit with me to talk about it. She refused seeing me because she didn't want to get involve

Dr. Thompson put my husband on medication that he told her previously ended him up with MRSA infections. She told him that there was no relationship. We ended up in the ER on the second day of the medication with early signs of MRSA and had to put him on two types of antibotics. While I was in the ER for 3 hours I found a recent study that indicated that there is in fact a relationship between this medication and MSRA. This doctor is dangerous to her patients! Beware
