Dr. Rivard maintained her amazing bed side manner as always. I have been a patient of her’s for more than 9 years and have never had any complaints. I told her she can’t retire any time soon since I trust her with my life.

The thing about Dr. Rivard that makes her so special is that she takes the time to talk with you. You leave there feeling valued and not just a faceless person on a conveyor belt going through the process of the medical world. Every visit I have had with her has been top notch. I saw Dr. Rivard this week for my annual gynecological exam, mammogram and bi-annual bone density test. Everyone who works at this practice is top notch - friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Rivard is the the best doctor I have ever experienced. Her manner is always warm and caring; she shares a lot of information with her patients; it is obvious she keeps up with the latest information available in her field; and she listens to what her patients say to her. I came to Dr. Rivard on the recommendation of a friend because the gynecologist I had been seeing was cold and impersonal. My friend spoke highly of Dr. Rivard and I have been extremely pleased.

I just received my first annual and Dr.Rivard made me feel completely comfortable. Although annual exams can feel awkward, she made my first annual a great experience. She thoroughly explains everything that’s happening before and during your examination. She listens and asks me if I have any questions and I never feel rushed with her. The care that she gives makes you feel like you’re her only patient. Something that I like about Dr.Rivard is that she is so reassuring especially when I get nervous about something. I feel comfortable asking her any questions and I’ve never felt judged for asking. She is an excellent doctor. Dr. Rivard is the absolute best! I have been her patient for over 5 years now. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. She explains what shes's doing as she performs procedures. She delivered my daughter by C-section and ended up fixing some previous scaring I had from a previous surgery- it was such a pleasant surprise. I had recently had to have IVF monitoring and she has been able to assist with this as well. She really is an Angel on Earth.

I’m a person who finds it extremely hard to go to the obgyn. Dr. Rivard made my entire experience easy and I’m looking forward to going back. She awesome and so is her staff.
