Dr Plybon is not as attentive as needed. She is dismissive and removed from concern. It turned out that my pediatric daughter had Hashimoto immune disorder. Dr Plybon brushed off symptoms and did not order antibody test until much later, then recommended to remove gluten even after her test for celiac came back negative. She offered no follow up instruction and in fact said there was nothing else to do. No monitoring of medication, hormone levels. She abruptly left the video conference visit. We feel uncared for after every visit with her and are left to research on the internet where Dr Plybon advised we can find more information. She advised my husband to stop taking over the counter pain medications for liver levels when he takes none. She insulted my daughter accusing her of having 'trashed' her diet before having a lipid panel test which Hashimoto causes high cholesterol. She provided a referral for Children's Hospital to manage her care as she does not manage pediatric Hashimoto

I really like Dr Plybon . I feel she is smart and thorough. But her staff is the Worst of any medical office I have visited in my 50 years. I feel bad for the Dr because I don't think she has any clue how pathetic they really are. The reception staff and support staff are Rude condescending and inept at their jobs. The attending in the room nurses are decent and helpful but the non med support staff absolutely Ruin this office.

Dr. Plybon is very Professional and Personable. She has a Friendly and Efficient staff, which made my most recent visit seem like I was seeking advice from Friends and Family, rather then paying professionals to diagnose and treat what was ailing me. She took the time to inquire, listen and give hands on treatment rather then just pull out a prescription pad and send me on my way. Thank you, UC Health.

They have moved now to 2975 Ginnala Drive Loveland, CO 80538 Don't be misled I feel Dr. Plybon is top Notch ! Her front office staff though makes it Impossible to recommend this office. The staff is unprofessional incompetent and condescending towards patients. Note to reception,if you are going to field patient calls and then talk nasty about each and every call you receive, do your trash talking out of ear shot of those of us sitting in the waiting area !Yes we heard every nasty comment.

Dr Plybon toldmy daughter take an over the counter medication for allergies. When asked if she could while pregnant, her response was "I think so." Turns out you can't. The only alternative is a prescription. She should have taken the time to verify the answer to the question. My duaghter now has to pay for a visit that did no good. I also called the office manager to question this and of course got no return call. I had been thinking of making this office my primary care office but not now

Dr. Plybon makes me feel very comfortable and is willing to discuss treatment options rather than just telling me what to do.

Dr Plybon has been my PCP for quite a while now and I only have positive things to say about her. She is sympathetic, professional, easy to talk to and very competent. I travel over 60 miles to see her, but I just haven't found anyone else who is anywhere near as good and having a great PCP is really important to me. I strongly recommend her.
