Poor professionalism
Went to Urgent Care in Burnsville for a full body rash. It wasn’t busy and I got in right away. Dr. Morris walked in, looked only at my neck (only) from several feet away. Came up with an immediate diagnosis of folliculitis. The hand out she gave me said you get folliculitis from shaving- I do not shave my body head to toe, which is where the rash was effecting me. Prescribed antibiotics which did nothing. Should I have to pay my copay and the insurance pay for this nonsense? Went back 2 days later, and after finding out that she was the Dr at urgent care, I left. Found a more qualified physician’s assistant to go to the next day, who didn’t know what went on at urgent care because Dr Morris allegedly failed to complete her notes for my visit. This more qualified professional gave me a proper exam, and diagnosed and treated my condition appropriately. Don’t see Dr. Morris. She doesn’t care. Waste of time and money.

Biggest issue I had was not being listened to, where the doctor immediately came to a diagnosis / conclusion on mine and my wife's status without listening to either of us very well. My wife has 6 years of medical college, and Sandra ignored everything she had to say. She had a bit of attitude as well, and we did not have a good experience. Her diagnosis would have ended up making my wife's condition worse, according to a different doctor we visited.

I really don't think this woman is very high quality. I have had a headache for the past three weeks. I go in, they don't even check a temp, she doesn't do an oral exam states that I have some inflammation in the eardrum on the side of my headaches, as well I told her I had post nasal drip. So what did she do, diagnoses me with a nerve condition of the head and neck and orders long term Indomethacin treatment instead of opting for a antibiotic attempt first! I will never go back to her.
