Dr. Hadjinian is very courteous and personable. She shows real interest in her patients and listens carefully. Very good at explaining the prescribed medications and what they do. She really enjoys being a urologist. Although she is leaving Skagit Regional, we will be following her to wherever she goes. Highly recommended (and appreciated). There are few doctors of this high quality

Doctor was pleasant and helpful, explaining a lot of things to me. She was able to catch a misdiagnosis from the past and get it retested and corrected.

Staff was very friendly and caring. Short wait before seeing Dr. Jadjinian and she took time to explain my condition and talk about after care.

Dr Hadjinian was rude and abrupt. I couldn't believe it. I have never come across a doctor so rude and uncaring. She was no help whatsoever. I waited over 20 minutes past my appt time for her just to come in and RUSH through the appt didn't even make eye contact with me she typed on her computer the whole time. Asked ME ONE QUESTION and then was very rude in her response and demeanor. All she did was type in some info she copied from the intake form I had filled out and pretty much said she didn't know what was causing my symptoms and sent me on my way. Totally useless appt. And useless doctor for me. Was feeling very upset after seeing her.

Clear information honest and compassionate

Dr. Hadjinian performed a cystoscopy on me just yesterday. When I got there I was told their clinic and the whole hospital was out of lidocaine. I got very nervous. I’d waited for an appointment for some time. I was told they’d done others yesterday without lidocaine and it was bearable. So I let her do it. It was so very painful. I came in there with pain and left in way worse pain. Offered nothing to help with the pain except an antihistamine. I’m currently swollen and having pain. I probably have an infection. The room was dirty and the garbage over flowing with used products. It was so gross I even said something. The chair they asked me to sit in was immediately right next to the over flowing garbage. I almost threw up. This is the second bad experience at this location. I’m going to run from this place. The hospital is pretty good. Even other departments. Urology is very unprofessional.

Dr. Hadjinian is fantastic!!! She is a phenomenal communicator. I am a caregiver for an adult sibling with both mental, physical and neurological disabilities. We have had issues in the past when working with medical providers as our situation is definitely unique. Dr. Hadjinian has always been professional, empathetic and supportive. It is nice to feel like you are being heard, to be treated with patience and understanding and never be made to feel like you/you situation is wrong or an inconvenience. She is thorough, knowledgeable and and always pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend her and Skagit Regional Clinics Urology!!!
