Caring Doctor, Caring Staff
Dr. Goines is a caring thorough doctor. Her staff are caring as well. She has been treating our family for years and is the best doctor we’ve ever had.

I used to think that she's a great doctor who is compassionate that I even got my whole family switch to her as their regular doctor. She was no help for my husband who had chronic pain and I had to ask her to order tests and to put him on restrictions so that he stop injuring himself further. She refused to make changes to a disability form after we informed her of the correction that needed to be done. She stated that it would be fraudulent to make changes but our lawyer said that it wasn't

Been going here for years.They never have appointments, you make them for months later and then they cancel. They don't have immunizations, so I was forced to take my youngest to a different doctor so he could go to school. Finally,today they lied to me all day saying they would get an authorization for my daughter who has a broken ankle. They said they sent the info and blamed insurance for not processing it. Her ankle has been broken for four days and they still don't consider it important.

She spends at least an hour with us when we see her. Very professional and cares about her patients. Her staff is very compassionate and caring especially Rothy, her nurse.
