My breast reduction from this practice left me with diagnosed PTSD from being awake during surgery. DO NOT LISTEN when they tell you it’s normal to be awake. ITS NOT. It’s traumatizing and it’s mentally scarring. And not only that, my breast are now malformed, my nipples are a terrible and uneven shape that are placed way too high , and I haven’t felt any part (due to total numbness) of my breasts since my surgery. Do not go here for your reduction because you might end up like me, and my experience was a literal nightmare. Please.

Bad experience, Breast reduction is like 2 different surgeons did it even though my breasts were symmetrical prior. She attempted to adjust it, while I was awake, with more bad results. Actually had a nurse run in and out of the surgery room checking on a fed ex delivery !!! Had my 1st filler and my whole face looked like I was battered and procedure was unreasonably painful. Have had same filler since at other places and it’s no big deal.

Wouldn’t recommend! Had an augmentation done and was advised I’d need another procedure but they’d offer a “discount” no way I’d go through that awake again and ended up seeing another surgeon for the correction..ended up costing $13k!! If it was done correct the first time this wouldn’t be the case! Don’t waste your time or money!

I saw Dr.Bouzaglou for some injections. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain things thoroughly. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I was her priority. She did a great job w the injections as well. She did not try to oversell me. It was a very pleasing experience.

I’ve been a patient of record for 4 years now and I just came across this rating and just couldn’t believe it. This office of professionals are great. Dr. B has done plastic surgery on me, With great results! I have used the fillers and monthly membership of skincare, trust me when I say this is the best practice in Lexington and surrounding areas!

On 11/15/2017 I went in to Sono Bello (where she works) for an upper/lower eyelid lift. I now have a lump in the corner of my right eye & a scar that has uneven skin & literally a shelf of skin sticks out. The scar on the other eye is at least flat but it looks like they drew it with an etch-a-sketch. I have called her office, no interest now that they have my $$. When I left I had blood running down my face, they did not even try to clean me up. AVOID THIS "DR"!!

I wish I didn't have to leave a star. I had my breast reduction done January of 2016. After surgery, the Dr didn't even come by to see how I was, they just shoved me out the door. The follow up visits were a joke. Once she gets payment, she could care less about how bad she mauled your chest. I am still so embarrassed by how much she messed up my surgery. Run as fast as you can away from this practice and find someone who actually cares! You will regret coming here.

I loved Dr. B and her staff! They were kind, relate-able, and very responsive to my needs. I got a breast reduction in 10/2016 and I have not regretted it once! I would go back to her in a heart beat for all of my surgical needs.

Incision not straight, tightening not done as told/was expecting, liposuction done more on one side than the other and is very noticable.

I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! It was the worst experience from the staff members, to the NOT so happy results. The day of my procedure I waited 2 hours after my scheduled time as well!

I was completely unsatisfied with Dr. Sandra and her staff. She and Her staff were always in a rush and basically rushed me through every part of the process. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and when I have another surgery/procedure it will not be done by her. Follow up appointments are a joke, they barely look at you and then they rush you out the door. Again, I felt very taken advantage of and if I would've known then what I know now I would not have chosen her as my doctor .
