Dr. Sandip Patel, MD

I had a difficult time understanding Dr Patel. He has a heavy Indian accent and I am hard of hearing (do have hearing aids) which made it doubly hard for me to understand. The last appt he had a nurse practioner there to interpret which helped 100%. Also after being told t make a new appt was impossible. Usually when a doctor tells me to make a new appt I am able to do it immediately. But at this office I was unable to do that as the office personnel told me I could not make an appt as they had no idea when Dr Patel would be available. I had to keep requesting a new appt and "FINALLY" made the appointment??

Dr. Patel has provided me services for several years. I am confident in his treatment and his management of my kidney needs.

I had a immigration physical examination and immunization by Dr Sandip Patel. Here is my experience There was long wait and extreme disappointment as he does everything by himself from taking phone calls, scheduling an appointment, doing the physical exam, giving vaccination shots and even photocopying and making payment transactions. With the result patients suffer long waiting for everything. I think it’s just greediness and not even caring about the patients. I will stay away from such people who are greedy and have no value other than money.

Office and 45+ min wait were a nightmare. My latest compiled copies of blood work, background, and even insurance coverage were basically ignored and not even properly entered. Doctor reordered tests I just had, marked me as "uninsured", and basically painted a downhill future for me. Within a few days, I also received a bill to pay immediately! They still hadn't recorded my Medicare coverage! Will never return to this too busy, too incompetent office nor this unconcerned, doomsday doctor.

My husband had a appt. with Dr. Patel last week and was very happy with the appt. Dr. Patel explained everything so it was easy to understand. And me being his caregiver liked the fact that I was able to ask question and have the answer directed at me not only my husband.
