*Dr. Garg has always been patient & replies to my questions.

Dr. not inclined to have lengthy rapport with me. Seem to be in a hurry! Not genuinely concerned about how I'm feeling!

Very cold unwelcoming personality. Does not introduce himself faces his computer and the wall during the visit. Does not explain test results or ask if you have any questions. Has NO bedside manner. Acts like a cold, dead fish.

*Dr. Garg is a great doctor. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and set a plan with me for moving forward.

*Dr. Garg is very knowledgeable & I believe that I received excellent care, however, he is not particularly friendly.

Dr Garg was very thorough with the examination. He explained test results and recommended solutions for improving certain aspects of my life. I as pleased.

Very helpful and seem to care

He sent me to a lab not qualified to run a particular blood test and also didn’t have me stop necessary medications which may alter the accuracy of the test. Sent me to the same lab, for the same test a second time but forgot to enter the order. Once the order was entered the lab refused to draw the blood and told me I had to go to a different lab. Did not contact my doctor regarding discontinuing my medications prior to blood tests. He did not respond to messages in a timely basis ( I left a message on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. He finally called me on Saturday.) When I finally find out the results of my labs I will not be continuing my care with him. I would definitely not recommend.

I seen this doctor a couple years ago through a referral from my doctor. I had several different appointments and all were horrific. At one point the doctor was late and I was told to leave and come back. As I was leaving I saw the doctor coming in, late of course. They called me back from the parking lot then I was charged for a "long visit". They supposedly misplaced my blood on two different occasions so I had to come back. They also left me sitting on the floor after I passed out from too much blood being drawn. After the third vial I told them I could not do anymore they told me I need to keep going. By the fifth vile I was out. I would highly recommend not seeing this doctor

I saw Dr Garg at Henry Ford. My husband and I were so scared but I can't tell you how much better we felt after meeting Dr Garg. What a nice, knowledgable, compassionate man. We left with a plan of care and ready to tackle this awful disease together with our wonderful provider. What a blessing that we found him.

I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

He flat out refused to tell my husband the diagnosis until he ran more blood work after we had been in his office for over an hour. When we asked how many times he had treated this type of cancer (which he said was rare) he dodged the question. We left his office with no hope as he told us if we didn't get treatment, it would take my husband's life. We went to Karmanos and after 2 cycles he's in PR w/ over 90% reduction. I have no doubt staying with Dr. Garg would have cost my husband his life.
